Vijay Kumar Khemani
Promoter and the Managing Director
Vijaykumar Khemani is the Promoter and the Managing Director of our Company. He has completed higher secondary qualification from Sharda Sadan College, Mukundgarh, Jhunjhunu District, Rajasthan. He has been on our Board since inception and has been re-appointed as the Managing Director of our Company with effect from January 2, 2016.
He is the guiding force behind the strategic decisions of our Company and has been instrumental in planning and formulating the overall business strategy and developing business relations for our Company. He plays an instrumental role in taking major policy decisions of our Company. He handles daily business issues, manages company associations and recognizes business opportunities. He envisages ‘Khemani’ to be a global brand and a professional organisation

Amit kumar Vijay kumarji Khemani
Whole-time Director & CFO
Amitkumar Vijaykumarji Khemani is the Whole-time Director and Chief Financial Officer of our Company. He has been on our Board since inception and has been re-appointed as the Whole-time Director and Chief Financial Officer with effect from January 2, 2016. He has completed his graduation in Commerce from Gujarat University from Sir K.P. College of Commerce, Surat.
He is the guiding force behind the financial decisions of our Company and has been instrumental in planning and formulating the financial analysis and strategy for our Company. He is presently looking after the overall finance and accounts of our Company. He is actively involved in the marketing of our products and the operational activities of our business. He handles the entire process of procurement, management and execution.

Anupa Amit Kumar Khemani
Non Executive Director
Anupa Amit Kumar Khemani is a Non-executive and Non-independent Director of our Company. She holds a degree in Master of Business Administration specializing in Marketing. She has been on our Board since December 10, 2015. She is involved in the decision-making of the Company at Board level. She is primarily responsible for identifying new target markets.

Balkishan Ramsnehi Agarwal
Independent Director
Mr. Balkishan Ramsnehi Agarwal, is a Non-executive and Independent Director of the Company. He is a Chartered Accountant by profession and a member of ICAI since 2004. He has been associated with our Company since November, 2017. He is key partner in DBS & Associates, a Surat based Chartered Accountant Firm having pan India existence and area of work is in the field of Banking & GST. He is also national secretary of youth wing of Akhil Bhartiya Agrawal Sammelan. He also serves at various education and social institution voluntarily.

Mukesh Kumar Devidutt Kabra

Mr. Mukeshkumar Devidutt Kabra, is a Non-executive and Independent Director of the Company. He is a Chartered Accountant by profession and a member of ICAI since 1997. He has been associated with our Company since November, 2017. He is partner of S. K. Kabra & Co., Surat Gujarat based Chartered Accountant Firm and his area of specialization is Direct Tex, Audit & Assurance, and Management Consultancy.

Mrs. Pratibha Pankaj Gulgulia

Mrs. Pratibha Pankaj Gulgulia has been appointed as an Independent Director of the Company with effect from 20th August, 2025. She holds a degree in Commerce with a specialization in Accountancy, having graduated from Maharshi Dayanand Saraswati University, Rajasthan, in 2000. With extensive experience in corporate governance, she brings a strong foundation in management, complemented by strategic vision and effective leadership. Her forward-thinking approach and valuable insights are expected to play a significant role in driving the Company’s continued growth and success.

Charmi Soni
Company Secretary and Compliance Officer
Charmi Soni is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) with around 4 years of experience. She has demonstrated expertise in corporate governance, secretarial compliance, and legal advisory across diverse sectors including textiles, logistics, and the paper industry.
In her role, she ensures strict adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements under the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, FEMA, and other applicable laws. Charmi plays a key role in conducting Board and committee meetings, handling secretarial audits, ensuring timely statutory filings, and maintaining robust governance practices. Her diligence, clarity in compliance, and effective coordination with stakeholders contribute significantly to the company’s corporate compliance and governance ecosystem.
