Our History
Our journey began on January 6, 2011, when we were incorporated as “Khemani Distributors & Marketing Private Limited” under the Companies Act, 1956. Recognizing the potential for growth and a broader market reach, we transitioned to a public limited company, adopting the name “Khemani Distributors & Marketing Limited” on January 1, 2016. This pivotal change marked our commitment to transparency, excellence, and an expanded service portfolio.
In March 2013, we solidified our partnership with Hindustan Unilever Limited by entering into a Redistribution Stockiest Agreement. This collaboration empowered us to distribute HUL’s esteemed products, ensuring that consumers in Surat have seamless access to trusted brands.
